Can you explain more about what you see?

You can see the folder in Network Places right?

If you click on it do you get an error message? If you do which error
message is it?

Your problem may be permissions on the server, try with a user and
password that is the same as a user (Maybe the administrator on the
server) and the same password. You may have to set up a user in Vista to
try this or maybe better to set up a user on the server.

Wait for other replies first but please do give more detail about what
you are seeing.

Make sure "all" of the systems in your network have user names and
passwords asigned for loggin into windows. Go to computer and select map
network drive. This is all assuming you have already enabled network
discovery, in network and sharing in control panel. When you attempt to
map a drive browse for a drive, right click on the drive you wish to map
and click explore. The window will popup asking for use name and
password. ENter the use name and password for logging into that systems
windows, you will get a window showing the contents of that mapped drive
and it will also appear in computer as a mapped volume.

This is probably a little confusing but the idea is to get access to a
shared drive. And vista is a stickler for user names and passwords for
network sharing. This works with XP and Vista cambination networks as
well.

When I do a click or right click on the server in my network this is the
message "Windows cannot access \\Server" then it says "Check spelling of the
name. Otherwise, there might be a problem with your network. To try to
identify and resolve network problems;"
