file already exist

vista ulitmate, when saving a file by clicking in an old one and modifiying
with new name, vista insist that the file already exist even after you change
the file name, this is an ugly bug and needs to be fixed, i have found others
with the same problem but not very common, though.

this happens in all versions. If the original exists on
the computer, locate it and rename it, confirming that with
the admin access question. Save the new file with the
original version name.
