File and Print Server Migration

I am planning on migrating a file and print server (2000 Advanced Server) to
a new domain. Has anyone used ADMT to do this? Did you have positive results?
Is this the best\only way to move a server directly?

I'm not sure ADMT works with files and printers.

For the files you can use robocopy with the /sec switch to copy all the
security info over.
