The program isn't listed, so the approach you suggest is what I've tried
several times. R-Click, Open With, Browse, etc.
It doesn't take for whatever evil reason. I can change from Adobe to just
about anything listed, none of which is correct, but if I browse to
something not on the list, the OK option is grayed out.
