File Browser in IE issues with Desktop Folder not showing files.

When I save a file to my dekstop, then attempt to find it in a file window
for upload to websites within IE7, I click on desktop and it doesn't show my
true desktop. The file appears not to be there, but if I type the name of
the file in the file location it works fine??? Any ideas, this a known bug

I just tried this on my Vista system and it worked OK. Have you tried this
with more than one web application with the same results?
