Hello,
although many see this as a security issue, you should be able to set some
access rights for you.
Right-click C:, choose Properties. Go to the tab Security -> click
Advanced -> tab "Owner" and make sure that your user name is the owner. If
not, click Edit -> choose your name and check "Replace owner on
subcontainers and objects.". -> OK. Then, go back to the Security tab and
click Edit... -> and give yourself and all user groups you belong to the
necessary rights.
