This should be able to help you with this.
Backup anything that you do not want to lose in these folders.
Next, double check using OPTION THREE in the tutorial below that both
the Music and Pictures folders are set to their default location.

Delete all "C:\Users\Darryl\Music" and "C:\Users\Darryl\Pictures" user
folders.
Use the shell command for the "Music" and "Pictures" folder in OPTION
ONE of the tutorial above.
Restart the computer to apply. It may take a couple of times to fully
restore though.
