win7 Ult. IE 8 v8.0.7600.16385 Windows Live Mail version 2009 (Build
14.0.8089.0726) All updates have been installed installed.

When In IE8, I try to send a link via email I am not able to; as the menu
options are grayed out. What is the solution to this with only WLM
installed.

Apparently, even though it is the only one, we need to register WLMail
as the preferred E-mail client. Who knew?

One change this has exposed is that sendmail.dll is no longer registerable.
Not registerable in Vista either. That used to be the first step in fixing this
symptom in earlier OS.

Yeah, you have to go into program defaults and set it as the default email
program before it will show up in IE8.
