File Server

Hi,

I m using windows 2003 Server for file server.i have atleast 30 computer
which is connted with file server through window 2003 Domain controller. 2
windows xp machine always hang 20 to 30 mintue of interval. why its
happening. can u help me?????????
event id 5 on windows xp machine.

On one workstation, open a command prompt and enter the following command:

IPCONFIG /ALL

Copy the results and paste into a reply to the thread.

Hello Jiwan,

Remove the public DNS server ip address 202.56.215.54 from the NIC, that
is causing your problem.

Instead configure the FORWARDERS under the DNS server properties in the DNS
management console to that ip address. Also see:
