file shadowing

Hello there,
I have a windows 2003 storage R2 standard server with a 20% free data
disk space on Raid 5 configuration. How can I turn on file shadowing
to retrieve the deleted or corrupt files that are not captured for ex.
by the daily backup that only runs only nighttime? Thank you, T
