Okay, I've removed Messenger, restarted the computer, reinstalled messenger
from the web site. Same problem. Disabled direct draw acceleration,
re-enabled it. Installed Messenger Live Plus.
I've tried BMP files, JPG files, and GIF files. For all I get "The file you
selected is not a valid image file". As the problem exists only after the
update, I can only conclude microsoft have completely assed up this release.
How do I access older builds?
