Files down Load but fail to Install

I am running windows update behind a firewall with proxy auth. The funny this
is I am seeing some PC's able to to download 20 of 20 ( asuming 20 file
required to upde PC)and update, some PC's down load 2 files of 20 and update
rest fail. most pc's I get this error faile to download failed update
