Files named WindowsLiveContact

I seem to have all my "old" contacts in a list found within Windows Mail but
there are not usable the extension seems to be WindowsLiveContact
Anyone help me find a way to open/use this type of file?

Those belong to Windows Live Mail, or Windows Live Mail Desktop.
