Hi,
Delete and then recreate the partnership. See if that helps.
To delete the partnership ---
1. Disconnect the PPC from the computer.
2. On the computer, open Microsoft ActiveSync.
3. Click File -> Delete Partnerships to remove any previously
created partnerships.
Connect the PPC again and establish a new partnership.
