Files required no longer registered

My microsoft up date is no longer on & will not not come on& window defender
dose not work too I get MSACui.exe application error failed to initialize
properly (0xc0000005) Went to microsoft up date to load up date get this
files required no longer reistered or installed error (0x8024d007) tried all
the go to run enters they did not work and my computer when to a light blue
srceen and did some thing with files are dirty and ???? not sure what --
