Filter out failed updates?

Can I stop the updates from trying to update Office 2003? I have just
Outlook 2003 and every time I go to windows update........it takes a long
time trying to update Office 2003 and it always fails.

I would like to filter it out so I can do other updates faster.

Visit http://windowsupdates.microsoft.com/ and do a CUSTOM scan...
Then you can select (or deselect and look at the details and HIDE) the
updates you want.

Options -

1. Solve the problem of the Office 2003 update, why is it failing?

2. Hide the update.

3. Use Windows Update only.
