Zygy,
It depends on your situation. You could set the junk filter "Safe" so
only address on your safe senders list will only get through to your
Inbox and everything else will go to the Junk folder.
If your like me though and you never know who you will get email from,
then you could set the junk filter to "High" and also use your email
provider's filter to block the domains and or addresses of the spammers.
Of course, you may be addding to the block senders list a lot.
If you get a ton of email and or you rely on them for business, then
you might think about switching to Outlook. It is more expensive, but
it is better. You can read up on it here:
