You wait until there is a reply to your question, then check back for
replies to your post. Answers are not given automatically. If there are have
been many post since your post, then you will have do a Search for it.

Edit > Find > Message.

sometimes you don't even get an answer, like I have been waiting almost a
week for my answer, no one wants to answer.

What you have to remember, is this is NOT Microsoft technical support. We
are users just like everyone else that try to help others in our free time.
If no answer is quickly forth coming, it is generally because no one here
has encountered the problem before, and don't have an answer. Could also be
that one of is researching the problem deeper. A cursory search on Google
shows YOUR problem in particular could be malware, or a driver issue. Since
the information you gave was vague at best, chances are nobody had answer.

One thing to do first is try Googling your problem. Since your original
question was a bit vague, perhaps try adding additional information. As I
told another poster, one thing to remember is that the posters here, with a
few exceptions are just users helping other users in their free time.
Sometimes we just don't have an answer.
