how to find Direct x9c to install

how to find Direct x9c to install in my computer to resolve the problem with
the clock to update my windows?

What is your actual problem?
There is more to the error message other than time is incorrect.
DX 9 will not fix clock issues although I suppose it may appear to..

If Windows Update says check your clock, start there.
Make sure Date and Time are correct.
Also verify Daylight Savings Time as well as Time Zone.

i GET THE MESSAGE ERROR 0X800C0008 too and I cant install my msn messenger
