Where to Find a General Windows Update History

Is there a site out there or some place where I can view all the updates and
their release dates for the various OS's, but particularly Windows XP and
Windows 2000.

I'm not interested in the history of a particular machine's updates. (I know
where that can be found.) I am looking for the general history of the updates
and their release dates, etc.
