Find the mms:// address in IE8 ?

I use a web site that has demonstration or training videos. Last time I
used the site I was using IE7. I do not like watching video in browsers.
The http:// address was in the address bar but not the real address which
was a mms:// address. I would find the mms:// address in IE7 and paste it
into Windows Media Player. The video played so much better and I could back
it up and go over details again till I understood the training.

I have IE8 now. I go back to view those videos. Same thing. The http://
address was in the address bar but not the real address which I assume is
still a mms:// address. I cannot remember how I found that mms:// address
in IE7. I assume it would be the same way to find it in IE8.

How do I Find the mms:// address in IE8 when the address bar shows http://
address?

Background info: Desktop AMD 4400+ 64X2 4GB memory 320GB HD Acer
(AM3100-U3201A) -- 32-bit MS Vista Home Premium SP2 -- MS auto updates on.
Acer P191w flat screen monitor.

Thanks for the help.
Bob

View Source or the Developer Tools would be likely possibilities.

You could use Fiddler2 to see to what sources a web page connected and
then look for mms: URL types.
