How to find SP 2?

I think I have Service Pack 2 installed, but how can I tell for sure?

Right click on My Computer/Properties. The first thing that comes up is the
General tab. It says what you have right there.

I'm afraid it is not installed, but it does say it has downloaded. It appears
it has been dowloaded for some time. I have had automatic updates turned on.
Error message is 0x80240017

Start /run and type

"%SYSTEMROOT%\SoftwareDistribution\Download folder" (without quotes)

Go to windows Update, and try again, but is more better that you
download an install the full SP2, from this link
