Finding Favorites, (on E:) ?

As a result of instal. the MS Ugrade; which warned: will delete files, I
barged ahead, knowing I had backups.
Now, Favorites are needed. I know they're on one of my [5] CD ... nothing
I've tried can locate them.
Can you help?

Have you checked in the Windows.old folder at the root of the drive?
