I'd like to offer a service to people around here to install Windows
Updates foir them. Most people running 98/98se with various levels of
patching, and no or a slow internet connection.

Is there a way to find out which updates they need?

I was even thinking of using a cell phone to connect to the Internet,
connect to WindowsUpdate to get the list, but then install of a CD or
the like. Doies this seem possible?
