I have an HTC Touch HD and sync with Outlook works quite well.
I have also the possiblity to sync a data directory and also Media data. If
I enable the latest, it takes each time a (too) long time to look up what
has been changed.
Q1: Is there not the possibility to limit the places where it should look
up?
Q2: Ideally, I would get rid of the Media Sync and copy myself the media
data in the data directory. Is it a good idea?
As feedback, I find that ActiveSync is too "independant". I would like to
have more possibilities to configure my self. For example set that all
contacts from PC should overwrite those on Mobile, or take the files only
from that place.
