Firefox and Win Mail crashing

I've got a very frustrating problem. If I try to open a new page before the
first page is loaded, FF crashes and will not shut down with Task Mgr. Win
Mail did the same thing today for the first time. Also would not shut down.
I have a driver from Roxio that Windows says is incompatible and makes me
cancel 3 times when booting.
I can't find the driver using search .
Win Vista Premium 32 bit
2 Gb ddr2
Any ideas? Please?

If you are using Roxio 9 there is a patch on the website to get rid of that
annoying but harmless warning.
Although Firefox is universally praised I have found it at times to be
unstable on certain machines and the more addons you cram in the worse it
gets.
However what you describe is not likely due to Firefox or Winmail.
Does IE behave the same way?
Are your network/router/firewall connections correct?
Have you scanned for viruses etc?
Have you tried uninstalling, reinstalling, rebooting, etc?
Have you tried to use System Restore to go back to a point prior to the
problem?
