Firefox as default browser

Even when I set Firefox as my default browser thru TOOLS/OPTIONS. Each time
I open Firefox it tells me that it is not the default and I ck yes to set it
as my default brower BUT that doesn't work. I went to file associations and
http is set to Firefox! What's happening,

PS Firefox has stayed as my default browser since Xmas, this has JUST
happened!

Hi Don,

Double check in theses settings in IE7 below. They may be having you
set IE7 back as default by mistake.

1. In IE7, click on Tools and Internet Options.
2. Click on the Programs tab.
3. Uncheck "Tell me is IE is not the default web browser."

Then double check to make sure that Firefox has all of it's default
associations set to it in Default Programs.
