Firewell problem?

Hi all, since installing sp2 my pc seems to be running well. Due to the
postings on this site. Thank you for your help. Now I have an issue with xp's
firewall, when I turn xp's firewall off and turn the one on that came with
my antivirus my system shuts down comploetely and reboots. Error reporting
says cpu reports a hardware failure but could not tell what component. Has
anyone experinence this?
