Fix for 0x80080229 Genuine Validation Incomplete error

I was unable to do a Genuine Validation to install patches until I did
the following. I'm posting b/c I could not find it anywhere on the net
or in forums.

net stop wuauserv
cd %windir%\softwaredistribution
ren DataStore datastore.old
net start wuauserv

Close IE, and retry http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com
