When Vista pushed a new 1320 PCL 5 driver to me a month or two ago, i
broke duplexing (printing on both sides automatically)
I discovered that I had to manually tell the driver that my 1320 ha
the duplexing capability as follows
Control Panel (classic View) / Printers /
hp LaserJet 1320 PCL 5 / Right click on Properties /
Device Settings / Installable Options /
Duplex Unit (for 2 sided printing) /
Use the pulldown to change from "Not installed" to "Installed"
Then it was just a matter of enabling two sided printing as normal
Control Panel (classic View) / Printers /
hp LaserJet 1320 PCL 5 / Right click on Printing Preferences /
Finishing / Check the Print On both sides checkbox
And now it's duplexing again. BTW, I also had the multiple cop
problem in the past, and that automagically resolved itself when Vist
pushed a fixed driver a while back
Hope this helps
