FIX: Multi-border DVD with more than 4 GB of data is not readable

How do I obtain this hotfix? This problem is driving me crazy.

Either install Service Pack 4 for Windows 2000, or contact Microsoft
support as mentioned in the Knowledge Base Article to obtain the hotfix.
