Fix for New Windows Update

Error Messages here is a Fix !! please excuse the lower case but i'm lazy !!
first of all if you have turned on 1.1 proxy turn it back off. turn off auto
update for now, the problem is with
C:\WINDOWS\system32\svhost.exe and firewalls. i run v-com system suite
firewall and virus protection. if your running any firewall including the one
that comes with windows xp you must let C:\WINDOWS\system32\svhost.exe have
access to the
web at all times Full Access. i know,i know there have been worms that
exploit this .exe but if you keep everything updated there should not be a
problem. once this is done reboot your puter. now go to windows update and
click critical or express update after it is finished there will be a
download updates link appear in the top left hand corner, click it. if you
already have all the critical updates it will say that you can only download
sp2. with there auto update engine so turn it back on in your control panel
under auto updates set it for the next hour and bang your in business. i hope
