fix Terminal Services SERVICE

Pre Sp1, I had the termserv.dll that allowed multiple remote desktop
sessions on my machine. This just allowed my wife to be using home computer
while I remoted in from work and did my thing without it kicking her off.

A known "fix" from M$ repalced my termserv.dll and I had been messing with
it to try and get multiple users back working.

Now in my SERVICES panel, for Remot Desktop, it has an error saying it can't
read from source location. I'm assuming it's trying to look at termserv.dll
that is in system32 folder - it is there but I can't get the service to
work. Is there a way to remove and re-add the remote desktop service in the
SERVICES panel?
