Sure - we can go to the link and see that this is supposedly a work-around
for a networking issue with the Operating System "Windows Vista"... But
without any other frames of reference - we might be left wondering how
reliable a random posting is and what prompted this posting in the
"windowsupdate" newsgroup. ;-)
