FIX: Vista Win Update errors 8000FFFF & 80240016

If Windows Update (Vista) won't work and gives you error codes of 8000FFFF
and 80240016 the fix is below:

Go to Search -> Command Prompt -> right click on Command Prompt and choose
Run As Administrator. Type: reg delete HKLM\Components /v Advanced
InstallersNeedResolving and press ENTER.

Go back to Windows Update and it should install them just fine.
