I am having problems with Windows Automatic Updates. I can go to the site and
download the updates I need but my computer is not installing them. I am
getting a box that pops up saying that wupdater is not working correctly and
needs repaired. I have also been getting a box these last few days that says
that the LSASS.exe is not working correctly and the system goes into
automatic shutdown within a few minutes. When it gets ready to shut down it
says the shutdown is being performed by NT AUTHORITY SYSTEM and will shut
down and restart in 60 seconds.

Do any of you know what I need to do to fix these problems?

Someone told me that might be what is was, but does this keep from
downloading the updates? If I follow the instructions on that site above will
I be able to come back on to download and update the patch I need or may
there be another problem with the Windows Update?
