After long hours of trying to find a fix to download the XP SP2 I realised
that I had a different kernel wich I changed with XPboot (An aplication that
changes the the XP logo when starting Windows) so, after that I just removed
the application and restored the original Xp kernel and everything was just
like a dream. I downloaded and installed it with no problems at all. Hope
this is of any use for those people who like me had no error messages trying
to download xp sp2.
