Fix: Word and Excel Viewer 2003 Updates KB924554 and KB924164 Failto Install

The cause for the Word and Excel 2003 Viewer Updates KB924554 and
KB924164 failing to install is usually attributed to the installation
files being missing from where they were run from.
In plain English, if you've deleted the installation file or moved them
from where they were run to install the Word and 2003 Excel Viewers,
*any* subsequent update to said Viewers will fail.

Resolution - uninstall the Word and Excel Viewers 2003.
Download them again from the Microsoft Download Center:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/search.asp

Create a folder in My Documents and name it Viewers
Move the Word or Excel Viewers installation file to the Viewers folder
Install them from there. Do NOT delete or move them from this folder or
subsequent updates for them will FAIL.

Obtain the update for the Word 2003 Viewer from:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...1-CF9DDE89352A

Obtain the update for the Excel 2003 Viewer from:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...6-C68043FE3B34

Save them, close the browser, then install them.
