Thanks Mick. This is how I uninstalled it about a month ago, then
reinstallled according to Adobe's instructions. Nothing changed.
I think I'll have to wait some time until either MS or Adobe makes a change
that is effective in my situation. In the meantime, my laptop is useless for
video over 5 minutes.
