Flash.ocx needed to run a program

Hello,

I am trying to install 3DStudio Max 6.0 in a PC with Windows Vista. After
complete the installation (no error reported), the program cannot be executed
because needs a file call "flash.ocx". I didn't have any problem to run this
program with Windows XP.
Windows Vista Help says that this file is not included in this version.
Can anyone help me?
