| An automatic update to flash player (KB923789) has apparently downloaded to
| my computer. When I shut down it says it is installing updates but never
| does. This has been going on for over a week, every day. When I check the
| update it tells me it has already downloaded it to my computer and will
| install it when I shut down. The add and remove programs list does not have
| this update in it.
| How do I get it either downloaded or removed?
