Flash Player in WLM 8.1

Windows Live Messenger 8.1

Every day there is a WLM popup asking to install Flash Player I've done this
so many times that I hate this thing. Obviously something isn't excepting
the install. I've done it with the Firewall turned on then off and still no
success. Is there a fix or should I remove WLM 8.1?
