Flash problem

Hi group,

When I go to a site that uses Flash plugin, I get a message that says "An
old version of the Flash plugin was detected. Please upgrade your Flash
plugin." I've done this several times, and I keep getting the same error
message.

Using Vista Home Premium pre-installed on a new HP computer. Lots of memory.

Anybody know what's going on?
