Flight Simulator X Deluxe Edition installation problem

Hi there
I've bought FSX and am not able to install it. It says while installin
the second disk
error number 0x80040702 failed to load DLL: GameuxinstallHelpe
and fails to continue
I have tried both just setup and setup "run as admin" - same results
Anybody knows how to install it

Vista Home Premium SP
Computer
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6700 @ 2.66GH
6Gb RA
GeForce 9500 GS video car

Try the installation on another DVD drive or computer to check Disk 2...
