Flip 3D is missing

My friend was helping me with my new computer.
He messed around with the "msconfig" program
and he removed some startup programs.
and now whenever i do Win+Tab (flip 3D)
it no longer appears.

Anyone know what should i tick to bring it back?

Hi,

Check that he didn't disable video support lines. There's nothing specific
in the startup tab that would enable or disable that feature, but it relies
on support from the video driver and related software.
