Flip3D aka WindowsKey-Tab window changing

The WindowsKey-Tab display the windows to change function has stopped
working on my Sony Vaio VGB SZ670N laptop.

I only noticed this recently after I installed SP1 for Vista Business.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
