Floated blocks spaced inconsistently

The green box at http://www.polisource.com/consumer-p...on.shtml#stats
and the two under it sometimes are spaced from the text to the left and
sometimes they're touching it. Refresh a few times and you'll probably see
it. I want it spaced.

I'm not sure what causes inconsistent rendering like that, but if it's some
kind of race condition, maybe there should be a time delay built into IE to
prevent it. Maybe provide a method for the webmaster to choose whether to
have the delay activated on clients' browsers. Do SOMETHING! This kind of
thing has been happening for years with earlier browser versions. It's like
2006 or something. Enough already!
