FMU - version specific

We have inherited a netware site and will be migrating it to MS. I have used
the FMU for this purpose in the past on older versions of netware and W2000
servers to migrate the date. In this case the target server will be w2008
and the source NW box is 6.5. Can anyone advise if the FMU will work
between these versions - THanks
