Folder Associations in Vista

In XP I could associate a file type (*.bmp for example) with a program. I
could then right-click the FOLDER and select "open with" and the file inside
the folder would be opened by the executable. For example, I might have a
folder with the ID of "texture." In that folder is a file such as *.bmp. By
associating the *.bmp file with TView.exe I could right-click on the FOLDER
and the *.bmp file inside the folder would open in the viewer.

I can't find a similar option for opening folders "with." Can someone
please help.

Thanks so much.

Frank
