Hey how do I make these folders:

Shell folders are displayed with the standard folder icon in Windows Vista:

Oh thanks. That explains what attrib r+ "" means. I thought it was refreshing
but it's making it read-only so that the desktop.ini will never be
overwritten again and thus the Shell folder will never become crap looking
again. Thanks
